In this video I describe our house buying process, to help you get a feel for how selling your house to an investor works. At Liberation Home Solutions, we use our “Six Steps to Freedom” process. This video outlines the first three steps in the process.
Step 1: Make Contact
When you call 949-41-MERCY, or go to www.lhsmercy.com and fill out the form on top of the page, we come in contact with one another. From there, we do a short consult to hear about whatever challenges you might be facing, and to offer information and some education. We also ask you a few questions to see if buying your house is possible. Our goal is to give our customers the best service possible, and to provide an excellent customer experience. Anytime someone calls, we try to provide education and information based on the challenges described by the customers. If purchasing your house seems like a good call, and we think we can find a win-win, we will move forward to step 2.
Step 2: Appointment
To determine whether or not we can buy your house, we conduct a short appointment at the property. At this appointment we take a look around the house to get a feel for the condition of the property. We film the house to help our contractors determine the scope of work to bring the property back to current standards. We also talk more about the situation of the property, find out if there are any additional challenges you might be facing that we can help with, and offer more education based on our experience. We try to determine what it is that you value most so that we can make an offer that works for you.
Step 3: We Make an Offer
After viewing the house, we can make a written offer. When we make an offer we take into consideration the challenges that you face, and the condition of the house to make an offer that works for you and for us. We call this a “win-win or no deal.” Sometimes we are off base from what you might expect, and that happens. The good news is that its OK not to like our offer. If we need to, we can go back to the drawing board and get a little creative, or if we are unable to serve you, we have an extensive network of real estate professional who we’d be happy to refer you to for further assistance. Our goal is that whether or not we buy your house, you leave feeling like you were treated fairly, and that you have a positive experience.
